In case you missed it, Representative Zach Nunn’s bipartisan bill to crack down on scammers targeting Iowans, especially retirees, and protect their hard-earned savings passed the House this week.

The bipartisan GUARD Act gives state and local law enforcement the resources and tools they need to investigate financial fraud, track down scammers, and help protect retirees from sophisticated schemes that can wipe out a lifetime of savings.
