Heartless Henry Fired a Pregnant Aide

Self-serving Henry Cuellar’s treatment of a pregnant employee is back under the spotlight.

A new report revisits the lawsuit brought by former top aide Kristie Small, who alleged Cuellar fired her after she requested maternity leave in 2018, the case settled in 2021 with undisclosed terms.

Settling the lawsuit didn’t erase the questions about his conduct.
