Washington Squares: Democrats Stumped in New NRCC Video

Washington- The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) has launched “Washington Squares,” a new web video in which Democrats – once again – are caught on camera unable to answer the simplest of questions: Where are the jobs? With unemployment climbing to levels not seen in over 25 years, it comes as no surprise that Democrats are tongue-tied when it comes to defending their reckless big-spending agenda.

“As unemployment continues to rise, it seems that the only thing Americans have left to laugh about is the stunning incompetence that runs rampant through this Democrat majority,” said NRCC Communications Director Ken Spain. “With overwhelming evidence indicating that their stimulus plan has flopped, it is at least refreshing that these Democrats no longer even attempt to defend their failed policies. Unfortunately for the American families and businesses that have to shoulder the burden for the Democrats’ runaway spending spree, this downward spiral is no laughing matter.”
