VIDEO: Rangel’s Bad Ways & Means?

In advance of the today’s resolution set to be offered by House Republican Conference Secretary John Carter (R-TX) to remove Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) as chairman of the Ways & Means Committee pending completion of the Ethics Committee investigation, NBCs Today Show reported on the serious charges Rangel faces. House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH) sent a letter to Rangel in September asking him to step down as chairman. CQ Politics reported that House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) vowed to block any effort by House Republicans to have Rangel step aside as chairman.
