Donnelly Returns $22,000 in Rangel Donations

Mike Schmuhl, the campaign manager for Rep. Joe Donnelly, D-Ind., just contacted the Examiner to say that the congressmen is returning $22,000 in donations that he recieved from Rep. Charles Rangel, D-N.Y. Schmul sent the following statement:

The congressman’s campaign will be returning the contributions it received from Rangel. We are currently in the process of identifying charities around north central Indiana to which to contribute the funds. We started this process yesterday.
