Bucshon Gets Endorsement From Indiana Chamber

A Valley candidate receives an endorsement from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

Local business owner David Wolfe of Templeton Coal joined the Indiana Chamber of Commerce to announce support of US Congress candidate Larry Bucshon.

The Chamber’s Congressional Action Committee says they decided to endorse Bucshon after interviewing him and challenger Trent Van Haaften.

Bucshon says the endorsement is proof his plan for new jobs is feasible.

“I think if we are going to bring jobs back to Indiana, to the 8th District we need to be proactive now at the federal level to get rid of this uncertainty to get our economy back on track,” said Bucshon.

Bucshon will face Democrat Van Haaften in November’s election.

The winner will take over the Congressional seat vacated by Brad Ellsworth who’s running for US Senate.
