Kathy Hochul: Taxing Western New York Families for Nearly Everything
New NRCC Video Highlights Hochul’s Tax and Spend Record

Washington
— After weeks of political deliberation, Washington lobbyist Kathy Hochul announced on Saturday that she will run as a Democrat candidate in New York’s 26th Congressional District’s special election which will be held on May 24. To welcome her into the race, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) is releasing a video highlighting how Hochul’s tax and spend record has handcuffed Western New York’s economic growth.

“While Western New York families are struggling to make ends meet, career politician Kathy Hochul is busy making their lives more expensive,” said NRCC Communications Director Paul Lindsay. “Hochul has a disturbing record of raising taxes and fees in Erie County, and that’s a record Western New York families can’t afford to see taken to Washington.”

Everything seems to cost a bit more these days, and Kathy Hochul is part of the problem.

Hochul learned how to tax and spend as a Washington lobbyist, and she’s been taxing and spending ever since.

Kathy Hochul voted to raise fees on all kinds of things.

Going to the beach…
Getting in shape at the gym…
Playing a round of golf…
Ice skating…
And owning that lovable four legged friend.

Hochul knows how to tax and spend. We know to keep her away from our wallets and out of Washington.
