Stupak Says His 12 “Not Peeling Off”

From Fox News Channel: REP. STUPAK: …We had meetings yesterday, there were 13 of them there yesterday, and no one was peeling off.

MEGYN KELLY: So do you doubt Nancy Pelosi’s claim that she has the votes to get this passed?

REP. STUPAK: Well, the Speaker always has votes. You know, it’s like a lot of times when we do polling – are you firmly for this someone, or is your support soft?  There’s no doubt there’s some members who say ‘if I’m the last vote, if you have 215 on the board and I’m the last one standing, I’ll give you the vote.’ That’s a soft vote.  No, I’m not going to dispute those claims, I just have faith in the members who have stood with me through all these months that they’re just not to gonna peel off.
