John Tierney taxpayers swindled again

June 25, 2012

Wonder where all that stimulus money John Tierney supported went?

Well, get this. Attorneys at the now bankrupt Solyndra, which received hundreds of millions in stimulus cash, are working to dole out bonuses for the stellar job those left behind did running the company into the ground.

That’s right, talk about salt in the wounds of hardworking taxpayers. After Obama and Tierney handed Solyndra a blank check for $500 million in taxpayer money and watched as thousands of workers were laid off in its collapse, senior level staffers are looking to line their pockets. You just can’t make this up.

No wonder Democrats are trying to stick their heads in the sand pretend they aren’t responsible for Solyndra.

Please consider this quote as you cover this latest example of American taxpayers getting bamboozled:

“Massachusetts families were already disappointed that John Tierney handed Solyndra executives a blank check for $500 million in taxpayer dollars, and now he wants to give them a bonus? Tierney needs to get serious about economic recovery and put a stop to this abuse of taxpayer dollars.” – NRCC Spokesman Nat Sillin

Food for thought.
