No matter what you think about yesterday’s Supreme Court decision most will agree that it was historic. You would expect a member of Congress who voted to keep ObamaCare the law of the law would weigh in on the decision….

Kissell has been silent on his reaction to the courts declaration yesterday that the individual mandate, a central component of ObamaCare, is a massive tax increase.
