Kathy Hochul: Move On From ObamaCare Discussions?

Kathy Hochul just doesn’t get it.

Hochul doubled-down on her support for ObamaCare this weekend. Her advice for Western New Yorkers: “Move on.”

Move on? Tell that to seniors facing $500 billion in Medicare cuts, or Empire State families who will now be forced to pay ObamaCare’s taxes.

Western New York families and businesses – suffering under ObamaCare’s regulations, Medicare cuts, taxes and rising costs – have no choice but to reject Hochul if they ever want to see this law repealed.

“Talk about out of touch. Kathy Hochul might want Western New Yorkers to just ‘move on,’ but her continued support for ObamaCare will raise their taxes and cut their Medicare. Rather than instructing her constituents to turn the page and move on, Hochul should be listening to them.” – NRCC spokesman Nat Sillin

APPLETON, N.Y. (WIVB) – Republican leaders in Congress say the voters will decide if the nation ought to keep the Affordable Care Act.

Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell called the law upheld by the Supreme Court a "job killing, tax increasing" measure that has angered voters and will drive Democrats from power in November.

Amherst Congresswoman Kathy Hochul spoke about the ruling while in Appleton today. The democratic representative says it’s time to move on to other issues.

"This is an opportunity to try and get our arms around that," she said. "A lot of controversy, I get it, much more needs to be fixed, we’re not done, but let’s turn the page to move forward."
