Puppeteer Pelosi Looks To Pull Bill Owens’ Strings
Speaker Shells Out $6k To Owens’ Campaign; Is She Looking For Her Next Puppet To Control?

Washington- After her failed economic policies have fallen flat with Central and Northern New Yorkers, it’s no surprise that Speaker Nancy Pelosi is looking to exert her control on the next round of Democrat hopefuls. In an effort to muster another vote for her unpopular policies, according to Federal Election Commission reports Pelosi is shelling out $6,000 to Democrat Candidate Bill Owens in hopes of bringing another job-killing rubber stamp to Washington:

It’s no wonder Pelosi is looking for support. Democrats’ unpopular policies have cost them in recent polls:

“Things have started to look similar under Democratic President Barack Obama. His poll ratings slipped through the summer months, his party was damaged by a bruising health-care debate, and the latest Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll shows the job-approval rating for the Democratic-controlled Congress has slumped to 22% — almost precisely where it was at this time in the 1994 election cycle.” (Gerald F. “Nancy Pelosi’s generous campaign contribution to Bill Owens is nothing more than a desperate ploy to garner another Democrat vote for her failing policies,” said NRCC Communications Director Ken Spain. “Central and Northern New Yorkers are acutely aware that Pelosi’s tax-hiking, job-killing policies have driven this economy into the ground and emptied their bank accounts at the same time – and now it looks like she’s buying off Bill Owens’ support for more of the same. Pelosi has never seen a tax that she didn’t like, and if Owens continues to let the Speaker pull his strings it looks like New Yorkers will have to wait much longer for the economic recovery they desperately need.”
