ANNOUNCER: In Congress Rick Nolan voted to jack up his own pay, four times in six years by a total of 42 percent.

 Even worse, Rick Nolan voted ten times to raise the debt limit by a total of 75 percent.

 No wonder he said he didn’t know how he got elected.
