Week in Review: Desperation
Democrats across the country are desperate and it’s showing. But just how desperate? Barack Obama was so concentrated on attacking Mitt Romney during Tuesday night’s debate, he left all common courtesy behind. Check this out:
President Obama says “thanks” zero times during debate
“There’s been lots of huffing and puffing about how rough and tumble the debate was Tuesday night. But what if we scored the second Presidential debate using a simple metric of civility: who said “thanks” the most?”
Polls: Romney Won On The Economy
“…he is winning the economic war. Both polls showed that, by overwhelming margins, voters believe Romney has the better plan to fix the economy. In CNN’s poll, Romney led 58 percent to 40 percent on the economy against Obama. CBS had Romney winning on the economy by an even larger, 31-point margin — 65 percent to 34 percent margin.”
Suspect in Libya Attack, in Plain Sight, Scoffs at U.S.
“Witnesses and the authorities have called Ahmed Abu Khattala one of the ringleaders of the Sept. 11 attack on the American diplomatic mission here. But just days after President Obama reasserted his vow to bring those responsible to justice, Mr. Abu Khattala spent two leisurely hours on Thursday evening at a crowded luxury hotel, sipping a strawberry frappe on a patio and scoffing at the threats coming from the American and Libyan governments.”
Quote of the Week
“The United States simply cannot afford another four years of weak leadership. The genius of American capitalism and the moral authority of American foreign policy must be restored. Mitt Romney has a plan to do both.”– New York Observer Editorial Board
We’re seeing the lowest of the low from Democrats this week. When you have absolutely no record to run on, you resort to personal attacks and desperate distractions.
We’re 17 days away from showing them once and for all having a pro-growth, free enterprise-driven economic plan is what creates prosperity – not making excuses.
