Wanted to make sure you saw the latest NRCC TV ad hitting failed Congressman Rick Nolan.

NRCC Statement: “Congressman Rick Nolan is either losing his memory or he is purposefully trying to deceive voters. Either way, Minnesota families are simply not buying Congressman Nolan’s revisionist history.” – NRCC Spokeswoman Katie Prill  

The script for this ad is as follows:

 ANNOUNCER: In his last term in Congress, Rick Nolan skipped almost a third of the votes.

 RICK NOLAN: I was there, for all the critical votes.

 ANNOUNCER: Oh yeah?

 Evidently Nolan doesn’t consider votes on benefits for disabled veterans, or defense spending, or adoption assistance as important.

 RICK NOLAN: I just didn’t feel like running across the street and voting.

 ANNOUNCER: But Nolan did show up for some votes.

 RICK NOLAN: Well I did vote for the pay raises.

 ANNOUNCER: What else would you ever need to know about Rick Nolan?
