Unprecedented Early Campaign Highlights Four Democrats Nancy Pelosi Has Hand-Picked

Their campaigns for Congress have barely begun, but the National Republican Congressional Committee isn’t wasting any time targeting Nancy Pelosi’s hand-picked candidates.

Today, the NRCC is launching an unprecedented early offensive campaign, releasing a series of interactive online ads targeting four Democrat recruits who have already gone Washington. The ads emphasize the Democrats’ ties to Nancy Pelosi and her wildly out-of-touch agenda, then directs voters to profile pages detailing why these candidates and potential candidates are bad for their districts.

“It didn’t take long for these Democrat recruits to act like Washington politicians,” said NRCC Communications Director Andrea Bozek. “With Nancy Pelosi devoted to making herself Speaker of the House again, Republicans aren’t going to waste any time introducing her recruits to voters and revealing them for who they really are – Pelosi’s hand-picked candidates who will reliably stand behind her failed agenda.”

The following recruits are being targeted as part of the ad campaign:

  • Gwen Graham, FL-02
  • Erin Bilbray-Kohn, NV-03
  • Andrew Romanoff, CO-06
  • Kevin Strouse, PA-08
