Obamacare Popularity At Lowest Levels Since It Became Law
This blog has repeatedly chronicled the disastrous implementation of Obamacare. Whether it’s premiums rising (despite assurances that it wouldn’t), families losing their healthcare (despite promises they’d be left alone), and finally Democrats in Congress asking for an exemption to the law they forced on the American people.
The American people are starting to take note.
The Kaiser Family Foundation is out today with a new poll showing that Obamacare is as unpopular now as it was when the law was passed in March 2010.
Just 35 percent of Americans find the law “very” or even “somewhat” favorable. It only dipped slightly lower (34 percent) in October 2011.
It’s no surprise that this is quickly becoming a major headache for Democrats and President Obama.
Politico Editor Jim VandeHei said Obamacare would be “very problematic” for Democrats running for office in 2014.

With all this, it’s no surprise that Democrats are racing to distance themselves from the law.
Slowly but surely, Americans are waking up to the fact that Obamacare will be a disaster for our country. The “train wreck” that is coming will hurt middle-class families, seniors, and small-business owners.
