It’s become pretty clear that Nick Rahall is a con artist. When he is in West Virginia he claims to oppose President Obama’s climate change agenda. But when he is in Washington D.C. he munches on hors d’ oeuvres at the EPA Headquarters with Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in celebration of Obama’s climate change agenda.
