School Districts in North Carolina Are Cutting Substitute Teachers’ Hours Due To ObamaCare

Substitute teachers in North Carolina are getting the shaft thanks to ObamaCare’s big government mandates.

Because of the law’s definition of a full-time employee, at least one school district in the Tar Heel State is cutting back the hours that substitute teachers are allowed to work.

“I felt like (the government was) telling me I couldn’t work when I wanted to work,” one teacher said. “Who has a right to tell me I can’t work if a job is available?”
