Entitled “Not A Meme,” the Ad Attacks Obama for Mismanaging His Staff and Being Too Detached

WASHINGTON – Unfortunately for birthday boy Jay Carney, it is not just a meme – President Obama has become too detached. To highlight his poor management abilities, the National Republican Congressional Committee launched a video entitled “Not A Meme.” The video showcases the many times President Obama received information about recent scandals through the media, not his senior staffers and cabinet members.

“It is shocking and inexcusable that the President of the United States learns of tragic and recent scandals through national media outlets,” said NRCC Communications Director Andrea Bozek. “Obama should spend less time flying around the country, on the taxpayer’s dollar, promoting Democrats and their failed policies and spend more time in the White House resolving these scandals.”
