A North Carolina Small Business Is About To Lose Its Employees Health Insurance
Thanks to ObamaCare, a hardworking salon owner in North Carolina may no longer be able to afford her employees’ health insurance.
Fresh Salon owner Julia Vittorio has offered her staff both health insurance and offered to pay for it, as she considers her staff to be “very much like a family.” However, rising health premiums are threatening her small business and may force Julia to drop the healthcare plan she was prepared to offer.
Unsure of the future of their health plans, Fresh Salon’s employees are understandably scared. Like many Americans, these employees were betrayed by the President when he said if you like your healthcare plan, you can keep it.
Voters will be taking their frustrations with the Democrat’s liberal healthcare agenda to the polls and elect Republican leaders who will repeal this flawed law.
From The Washington Free Beacon:
“We’ve been very proud to even carry it for this long, but it’s certainly a concern moving into the future if we’re going to be able to keep doing it,” she explained.
Vittorio has yet to receive any answers from her health insurance carrier. “It’s a tough conversation to have. It’s a tough decision to make and think about it. You’re not just basing the decision on finances when there are people and their families involved,” she said.
