New York Democrat Congressman Caught Using An iPad During A Televised Debate

This is just down-right embarrassing.
Rep. Charles Rangel, for New York’s 13th district has become a bit too complacent as a 22-term incumbent, going so far as to use an iPad during a televised debate with his opponent.
During the debate, which occurred last Friday but aired Sunday morning, Rangel was asked, “Congressman, are you googling during the debate?” by the ABC 7 News host.
Is Rep. Rangel unable to convey his voting record to the public in the absence of a prop?
