Foust’s Education Plan Is “Bad for Kids, Bad for Us” Ad Attacks Foust for Slashing Education Funds in Northern Virginia

WASHINGTON – It’s back to school time in Northern Virginia and today the National Republican Congressional Committee released a paid web ad highlighting John Foust’s cuts to Fairfax County schools as Fairfax County Supervisor.

“It is appalling that tax and spend politician John Foust would cut education funding all while raising taxes on Northern Virginia families,” said NRCC Spokeswoman Katie Prill. “We can’t trust John Foust in Congress when he’s already shown no remorse for slashing education funding. Northern Virginia families deserve a leader in Congress who will fight for their children’s education.”

“Bad for Kids, Bad for Us,” can be seen here:

But while our kids are our priority, they’re not to County Supervisor John Foust.

While Foust was raising our taxes, he was cutting from our schools.

$16 million. Slashed.

School safety officers. Eliminated.

And who pays the price?

Kids, parents, and teachers.

Now Foust wants to go to Congress. Really?

John Foust. Bad for kids. Bad for us.
