Scott Peters’ lavish taxpayer-funded perks are the theme of the latest NRCC TV ad in California’s 52nd Congressional District. Peters, who has used his elected office to help himself, drove a taxpayer-funded BMW and voted himself two pay raises throughout his lengthy political career.
