How seriously is Jim Costa taking 2016?

Despite barely squeaking by last November, Jim Costa (CA-16) continues to underwhelm, netting only $2,000 in his first quarter of fundraising.

Costa raised a paltry $80,223.13 while spending $78,008.51.

That’s a burn rate of 97.2%!

Between such a tiny fundraising haul and an astronomically high burn rate, you can’t help but wonder if Costa is even interested in 2016.
