Tim Walz’s Hypocritical Press Conference

Today, Tim Walz will do his absolute best to keep a straight face while holding a press conference about Minnesota’s transportation needs, despite abdicating his spot on the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure earlier this year in hopes of gaining more personal power.

We have to ask, did Walz think this through?

After Walz’s departure from the Transportation Committee was announced, the MinnPost bemoaned how Minnesota has lost its once considerable influence on the committee that has outsized impact on Minnesota’s economy.

Now Walz is hypocritically holding a press conference on the very issues handled by the committee he abandoned just months ago. Does Walz really not see the hypocrisy in his actions?
