Is John Delaney looking to leave Congress and run for Governor?

John Delaney has been spending a lot of time lately attacking Maryland Governor Larry Hogan.  That’s quite the strategy given Hogan’s popularity with Maryland voters.  Is Delaney doing this because he is  gearing up to call it quits in Congress and run for governor?

Delaney must realize that running for a state office would be much easier than defending his miserable national security record in Congress. Delaney voted for the Iran nuclear deal, which John Kerry admits will fund terrorist organizations. He also supports closing Guantanamo Bay and bringing known terrorists onto American soil.

If only there was some sort of national security expert with the experience we need to strengthen our military both at home and overseas.
