Another Democrat Admits Iran Deal Will Fund Terrorism

Disgraced former DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz had an accidental moment of honesty yesterday in her debate with primary challenger Tim Canova. In a question about President Obama’s misguided Iran nuclear deal, Wasserman Schultz acknowledged that some of the billions of dollars in sanctions relief given to Iran could be used to finance terrorism against Israel.

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz is not the first to acknowledge that the Iran nuclear deal could fund terrorism. Earlier this year, Secretary of State John Kerry admitted that some sanctions relief would likely go to terrorists.

Despite these warnings, House Democrats have repeatedly voted against efforts to rein in Iran’s ballistic missile program and ensure that funds stay out of the hands of terrorists.
