Pete Gallego really doesn’t want to talk about Iran

Has anyone checked in with Pete Gallego since Iran has been making headlines again? Not only has Gallego stayed radio silent on the $400 million ransom payment to the world’s largest state sponsor of terror, but he has flat-out refused to tell voters where he stands on President Obama’s dangerous nuclear deal.

Gallego is doing his absolute best to duck Iran issues in hopes of avoiding another embarrassing, incoherent diatribe like happened in this interview with the Texas Tribune in 2012. The look says it all.

If only there was somebody out there that could dig into Gallego’s positions and help educate voters on substantive policy issues just 74 days out from the election.
