DCCC giving up on Elise Stefanik?

Earlier today, the DCCC brain trust released their latest off-year memo listing 59 Republican-held seats they say are in jeopardy in 2018.

The memo includes some seats where both the GOP congressional candidate and Trump won by over 20 points.

Notably absent from their list of targets was Elise Stefanik, who eeked out a 35 point victory last November.

Does this mean the DCCC finally realizes they have no chance at winning NY-21?
