DCCC abandons WI-08

In the DCCC’s laughable latest off-year memo, they listed 59 seats they expect to pick up in 2018.
Freshman Mike Gallagher in WI-08 was nowhere to be found.
We don’t blame them, given that Gallagher won his district by 25.3%, we just find it hard to believe that the DCCC is finally embracing the reality that they will never win WI-08.
