When it comes to healthcare, Tom Suozzi is all over the dance floor.

Suozzi has taken some major heat from his base for opposing Rep. John Conyers’ ‘Medicare for All’ bill – despite his previous comments in favor of a single-payer system. Elizabeth Warren has officially called on House Democrats to embrace single-payer and run on it.

But earlier this week Suozzi reaffirmed his support for single-payer while simultaneously attacking and defending Obamacare:

Turning to hot button topics, Suozzi said he was opposed to efforts to gut the EPA and repeal/replace the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or Obamacare.

Our health care system, he concluded, “is still awful, way too expensive and not working the right way.”

Nice moves, Tom. But it’s time to stop dancing and tell voters where you actually stand.
