For being such an unpopular leader, Nebraska Democrats sure are enthusiastic about Nancy Pelosi as House Democratic Minority Leader.

Even though a recent poll shows that Pelosi is “beyond toxic with a 60 percent negative image” in Nebraska’s Second District according to News Channel Nebraska – Democratic Party Chairwoman Jane Kleeb says “she is not a drag at all.” Good to know!

Now that we know what the Party thinks, what does the candidate – namely former Congressman Brad Ashford – think? Will Brad run on Nancy’s reputation with Nebraskans, given that while in Congress he supported her for Speaker and voted with her 80% of the time?
