Democrats Abandon Their Constituents To Push For Single-Payer
Attempting to appeal to the radical faction of their party, Democrats are throwing caution to the wind and are going all-in on the push for single-payer healthcare.
This radical plan would not only bankrupt the country and raise taxes, but would leave millions of Americans without access to healthcare.
If House Democrats continue to back single-payer, primary challengers will be the least of their election fears.

“Ask Democratic congressional candidates whether they support Medicare for all, and you won’t get the same answer twice.
“There are a lot of candidates running for Congress and a lot of contested primaries, so how does a Democrat cue to voters they’re progressive? They do it by supporting Medicare for all,” said Ben Tulchin, a pollster who worked for Sanders during the 2016 presidential campaign. “It’s at 60-plus percent nationally in our polling, and Democrats can present it as an alternative to Trumpcare.”
“Medicare for all might sound good on the initial battery of a poll test and sound like you’re socking it to the health care companies, but all it takes is b-roll footage of veterans dying at the VA or an ad on rationed care, and it’s over,” said one national Democratic strategist who was involved in the 2009 health care fight. “Independents and soft Republicans don’t trust the government, and this reeks of more spending and bigger government.””
