NRCC Chairman Steve Stivers’ Statement On Congressman Lamar Smith’s Retirement

WASHINGTON – National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Steve Stivers released the following statement regarding TX-21 Congressman Lamar Smith’s retirement announcement:
