Congressman Ruben Kihuen is in a bit of a pickle. As reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Kihuen is now the subject of an ethics complaint for improper fundraising practices.

At issue is Kihuen’s solicitation of campaign donations based on his co-sponsorship of a bill, which is a clear no-no according to the House ethics manual.
