Gareth Rhodes was another top aide in the corrupt Cuomo administration when the alleged criminal activity took place – and now he’s running for Congress in NY-19.

Rhodes has desperately tried to distance himself from Cuomo, and has so far refused to address the corruption trial of his former colleagues.
