regarding Scott Wallace

Today, Washington lobbyist Scott Wallace announced he’ll relocate from Maryland to Pennsylvania to run in the 8^th. You may not know much about Scott, so I’ll try catch you up:

• Scott Wallace has likely never been registered to vote in PA-08 – will the first vote he casts in the district be for himself?
• Wallace donated $25,000 to a local Democratic party to buy their endorsement and listed his Maryland address on the contribution form. (Sorry Rachel Reddick, money talks!)
