Democrats are becoming increasingly nervous about the surge in popularity of the GOP’s historic tax cuts. That’s not good news for Conor Lamb, who claimed the tax bill is a “complete betrayal of the middle class.”

As reported by the Hill: “Democrats worried the GOP tax-cut law is getting good press are working hard to undermine any positive feelings about the overhaul becoming engrained with the public.”

But Conor Lamb isn’t alone in spouting factually deficient rhetoric. Nancy Pelosi calls the middle class tax cuts “crumbs” and Debbie Wasserman Schultz dismissed $1,000 bonuses as “chump change.”

No wonder Pelosi is rushing to the airwaves to bail him out…
