Alex Conant: ‘Conor the Chameleon’ is not a good fit for PA-18
A lot of disturbing things have surfaced about Conor Lamb’s past, making one thing certain: he’s just not who he says he is.
There was the shady plea bargains he allowed for a drug kingpin, letting him off with a lesser sentence. Lamb allowed the same type of deal for a Navy professor accused of multiple counts of sexual assault, as well as for gunrunners who put weapons in the hands of criminals.
Conor the Chameleon’s stances on issues such as gun control and abortion have also flip-flopped. His MO? Telling some potential donors and voters he supports one thing, and telling others he supports another thing.
His most alarming offense? Trying to distance himself from Nancy Pelosi while simultaneously allowing her to fund his campaign. Nancy Pelosi is already in Conor Lamb’s pocket. If elected, he’ll be a rubber stamp for her votes.
