Following California Democrats’ freakout over large, unmanageable primary fields – ABC News reports the DCCC threatened physician and candidate Mai Khanh Tran to get her out of the race… and she’s not taking it kindly.

Tran’s Campaign Manager tells ABC that the “establishment [is] aggressively working to push us out. On one side they encourage all women to run and speak up, and on the other side they prefer self-funded millionaires over any women [in the race.]”

On the heels of the TX-7 blowup, in which the DCCC published opposition research on a progressive candidate and ended up elevating her into a runoff, this slow motion train wreck keeps moving forward…
