This weekend Andrew Cuomo will host a high-dollar fundraiser for his favorite liberal puppet, Anthony Brindisi.

Their relationship goes way back.

In 2013, Brindisi co-sponsored legislation that created Cuomo’s wasteful “Start-Up NY” program. Three years later, lawmakers estimated the program spent $130,000 in taxpayer dollars for every job that was created…

I suppose it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Brindisi would be hobnobbing with Cuomo and his elite New York City allies. After all, their liberal tax-and-spend agendas will play much better with that crowd than they do upstate.
