ME-02 primary update

With the House set to debate a balanced budget amendment this week, Jared Golden is lurching even further to the left to escape his crowded Democratic primary.

Golden attacked the proposal while actively campaigning on Bernie Sanders’ single-payer health care system that would cost taxpayers $32 trillion over ten years.

And that’s not all…

Golden also called the historic GOP tax reform legislation “fiscally irresponsible,” and he refuses to reveal whether he would vote with Nancy Pelosi to repeal the middle-class tax cuts.

Bottom line: Jared Golden is an extreme Augusta liberal politician who will seize any opportunity to increase taxes on Maine families.
