Good morning, Doctor Tran

First the DCCC fell in love with Mai Khanh Tran. They convinced her to run in a district she didn’t live in, talked her up to Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the Washington establishment, and helped her get national profiles in Vogue and Elle.

Then lottery winner Gil Cisneros got in the race.

This morning, the DCCC endorsed Cisneros with its Red to Blue program, and the breakup between Tran and the DCCC is complete.

Not to mention, there are plenty of other Democrats in this race. Wonder what Tran and the rest of them think of Cisneros’ Washington cronies picking their candidate before any votes have been cast?
