The Washington establishment is just thrilled TJ Cox packed up and re-filed to run against David Valadao in California’s 21^st Distrct, even though he doesn’t live there.

But Cox’s numerous legal and financial liabilities aside, it looks like folks in the 21^st just aren’t all that into him.

That’s because since switching districts, Cox hasn’t received a single donation from a person within the 21^st district who could actually vote for him.

This pathetic showing illustrates what we’ve been saying all along: TJ Cox can’t win if the only people excited about his campaign live in Washington, DC.
