One year after the politically motivated congressional baseball shooting, Maxine Waters is calling on Democrats to harass and intimidate Republicans. And she hasn’t backed down. 

Betsy Dirksen Londrigan hasn’t said a word on Waters’ controversial comments. She’s running against Rodney Davis – who was on the baseball field during the shooting last year.
