NRCC Statement on TN-07 Primary

WASHINGTON – NRCC Chairman Steve Stivers released the following statement regarding Mark Green’s victory in the TN-07 primary:

“Congratulations to State Senator Mark Green on securing the nomination in Tennessee’s 7th Congressional district. Mark is a veteran, physician, and businessman. He is well-versed in how to keep our national security strong, as he was involved in the capture of Saddam Hussein. The NRCC is confident Mark Green will be elected in November.”
