Mike Levin’s green dream

Mike Levin was front and center as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez rolled out her zany Green New Deal last week.

Along with abolishing farting cows, beefing up high-speed rail (so that airplanes can be banned) is a key element in the proposal.

But today, even radical California Governor Gavin Newsom said he thinks expanding high-speed rail is unrealistic and not fiscally feasible.

Can’t wait to see how Mike Levin and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez plan to build high-speed rail “to a scale where air travel stops becoming necessary.”
