No budget, no recess, Cindy…

Back in February, Cindy Axne was touting her co-sponsorship of the No Budget, No Recess Act. At the time, Axne said, “In Iowa, if you don’t finish the job, you don’t go home.”

But just a month later, reports indicate that Axne and her socialist Democrat colleagues will not only fail to pass a budget, they won’t even vote on one. So will Anxe uphold her own standard and cancel her Spring Break plans during the two-week congressional recess scheduled to begin on April 15^th? Or is she full of hot air?
