TJ Cox caught lying to the Fresno Bee

March 23, 2019

The California AG notified TJ Cox’s foundation this week that it cannot operate or solicit donations because they are delinquent in submitting their renewal forms, fees and IRS 990 forms.

TJ says he has nothing to do with this since he hasn’t been involved since his election to Congress, but that’s a lie.

The foundation has been warned of possible delinquency, or been delinquent, every year since 2015, when TJ Cox began managing the foundation and serving as its treasurer and secretary.

The attorney general isn’t the only one worried about TJ Cox’s financial inconsistencies either.

Last month, the city of Fresno released an audit blasting TJ Cox for his foundation’s unreliable bookkeeping and financial practices.
